E-Com News & Information

New E-Com Website

We've recently moved all of the general information and support information for E-Com from our general corporate website, http://www.portagebay.com, to a dedicated website just for E-Com, http://www.EcomForSpecialEd.com.

The new web site makes it easier to find information about E-Com and collects all support resources into a single support page. The full E-Com documentation is now available online at the new web site, as well as a library of tech tips from our newsletters, and video screencasts (ie. help videos) that can guide you through how to perform common tasks in E-Com.

Check out http://www.ecomforspecialed.com when you have a chance. We'd be very interested in any feedback you care to send.

Spanish Language Forms

E-com offers some of your most commonly used forms in Spanish translations. For the most up to date listing of available forms, check out the Spanish Forms section of the website.

To access these versions, simply select Spanish from the drop down list via the Form Navigation Bar (ie. the yellow bar within each form)on any of the translated forms then, click Go.

Displaying the Text Formatting Toolbar

E-Com has very flexible capabilities when it comes to formatting text in your forms. Font type, size, style (bold, italics, underline), color, etc... can all be edited. Using the text formatting toolbar makes this easy.

If you can't see the text formatting toolbar, you can display it by selecting 'Formatting Bar' from the 'View' Menu.
