E-Com User Access Information

Users are given the following access privileges. The E-Com system administrators have the highest level of access and ability.

 

Admin

Can access and edit all files and can design forms. Has the ability to lock and unlock forms.

Manager

Can access and edit all files but does not have the ability to import or export data to or from E-Com. Is not able to edit locked forms.

Can add student records. Most districts use this level of access for psychologists and SLPs, as they are often the first person to work with a new referral.

User

Can access and edit most data, but cannot perform design work on forms. Cannot edit locked forms.

Cannot add student records, but may edit student demographic information.

User
(Forms Only)

Similar to standard User level access, but can only edit form data, not student demographic data.

Cannot add student records.

Browser

Can view all data in E-Com, but has no ability to edit data.
