To clarify how IEP/Eval dates populate in IEP and Eval batches:
á When adding or duplicating an IEP Batch – Last IEP and Next IEP dates will be blank, evaluation dates will populate with what is on the student screen.
á When adding or duplicating an Eval Batch – all dates will be blank.
á When adding a form to any batch – dates will be set to the dates already used on other forms in the batch.
á When refreshing a form or batch – a prompt will display asking if the user wants to update the IEP and Eval Dates.
